December 22, 2019. There is no greater Gift then The One God planned on giving to all of us. Dated back in the Old Testament the prophecy came to pass in The New Testament. A Baby who experienced birth, life and death did and does gives us The Greatest Gift of all. We don’t have to wait for this Gift. Nor do we have to wait for The Second Coming. Jesus is present and is the Present freely given to those who accept Him.
Sitting in “St. Gertrude” and experiencing God’s mercy, grace, forgiveness and love was humbling. This is what Christmas is meant to be!
Thank you, Fr. John for your dedication as a Priest with a passion for Christ! And thank you for sharing your love for The Church, Her People and Our Savior. Your homily was a testament to your devotion for Emmanuel.
