December 25, 2019. My Christmas Gift was waiting for me at St. Gabriel in Canaryville. The weather perfect and moreover was inside the Church. Greeted by Fr. Rich as he prepared for Mass. Then greeted by music and choir directors, Mr. Carl DeSanti and Ms. Kenned Maciver.
Being from the Chicago area most of my life and had no idea this beautiful Church and many others existed so close to me. God has given me a spectacular mission seeking His Churches. And today, the gift of Jesus was present here in this place!
Thank you, Fr. Rich for given me your time after Mass to share my story. And thank you for sharing a beautiful Christmas homily, it’s now a treasure in my memory.
