(58) April 22, 2018. Came home from Jerusalem with a greater understanding about Jesus the Good Shepard. Today at Ascension of Our Lord, Fr. Jose Kadukunnel read the Gospel of The Good Shepard. Part of his homily was about a Priest asking a young boy a question. “Who is the Shepard to God’s flock of believers”? The boy answered, “Jesus”. The Priest asked, “then who am I”? The boy answered, “you must be the sheepdog”.
Fr. Jose was humorous and passionate delivering the message of how Jesus laid down his life for his beloveds. Just as a Good Shepard would for His flock.
