March 19, 2023. The driving force that gets me to Mass each week isn’t my car (although it’s a big help getting me to Church), it’s having my faith once again grounded in God.
It was by faith that the blind man was given the gift of sight and Jesus was the gift giver. This reading reminds me of the gift Jesus gave me too, to seek and see the beauty that God created, Jesus restored, and The Holy Spirit gives me sight to see with love.
Mass is my reminder to stay grounded and focused no matter the struggles of life, because The Light dispels darkness.
It was good seeing Her beauty, The Church of St. Mary.
