April 30, 2023. Never will my need for Mass end as long as there is breath in me. Mass breathes life into my soul and as long as my mind is clear, The Readings have new meaning for me to understand and follow.

The Readings today are a challenge in appreciating suffering for a greater good as Jesus did on the Cross. Then in The Gospel, words of love from Jesus, “If you love me, feed my sheep”.

Low and behold as Mass ended, Fr. Jesus Romero Galan ask if any of us were here visiting and gave the sole visitor (me) an envelope of gifts, including a key to The Church. After all the welcomes from parishioners and a warning from Fr. Jesus not to lose my key to get back into Church, the example of today’s Gospel was followed by a Good Shepherd and His Flock. The love of Jesus resides in “Mary Queen of Heaven”.
