Torrential rain did not stop the faithful to come and worship very early filling every pew in “Mision San Juan Diego”.

Today’s Gospel reading comes with a hard order for some to understand, but to love The One who is The Author of sacrificial love above all others is to know true love, Jesus.

No matter our love for one another, we fail miserably and our time with those we love will expire. But to love Jesus wholeheartedly won’t end in death and will continue eternally.

Facing a most beautiful Altar table made from wood, we waited for forgiveness and love. Jesus fed us, His Body and we drank His Blood. His sacrifice for us, The Author of Love.
