September 3, 2023. Getting to Church early gave me the opportunity to see the beauty and feel the spirit of “Our Lady of Grace”.

A guy named Joe met me at the door and gave me a tour of his beloved parish. It was back in 1918 when his grandparents immigrated from Germany and came to Chicago and became members of this magnificent house of worship. Joe is the third generation of family parishioners and knows all of his Church’s history. His hope is that generations after him will love and understand the beauty of “Our Lady of Grace” and Her People. Parishioners were in no hurry to leave after Mass and when we did, we left with the gift of peace.
