The early morning Mass at “Our Lady of the Mount” was in Spanish and the pews were filled with people who believe there’s no better place to be than in The House of our Lord.

While sitting alone waiting for Mass to begin, the thought came to me, it’s good to be bilingual, but God is The Master of all languages. Not only does God understand prayer in all languages, He understands our hearts. It was good to hear Fr. Alejandro Marcia preach with such wisdom, and inspiration, engaging us with questions that challenged us to think more about God and less of ourselves. By doing so, we become the best versions of ourselves, even if we’re limited to speaking one or two languages.
