Mass is my medicine and the side effects are joy, peace and love. It’s unimaginable to go without my need for scriptures, communion, and fellowship with The Body of Christ.

Today’s Church is The Cathedral of St. Cecilia in Omaha, Nebraska. Her doors were open early and Fr. Jeremy Hans gave me a hospitable welcome to photograph the grandeur and beauty of this Church.

Just as the opened doors allowed me in, my heart and soul is open to receive the essentials that are joy, peace and love. Mass keeps me grounded and is the vitamin vital for my soul.
