November 7, 2021. Just as the sun shined brightly on “St. Francis of Assisi”, so too were the faithful who came to worship here, today.

It was a privilege to be asked to serve in the Mass as a lector and proclaim The First Reading. The warmth of this Church is illuminated by the faithful community who come to wholeheartedly worship and share Christlike kindness to each other and visitors, like me.

As the associate pastor, Fr. Marco Franco spoke to us, one could feel The Holy Spirit speaking through him. In The Readings and Gospel there was a clear and undeniable message, don’t hold back and give to God all you have and God will give you more than you have in return.

At the end of Mass it seemed no one was in a hurry to leave, because it seemed there was nowhere more important to go than to enjoy fellowship in the warmth of this Church.
