November 14, 2021. Surrounded by beautiful grounds stands “St. Francis of Assisi”. Although She’s a newer built Church, there is a presence of antiquity going back thousands of years ago.

Today’s Readings and Gospel proclaimed go back to the Old and New Testament, times before The Universal Church was built. The message back then was to prepare, for no one knows when the end of time will come. In Fr. Edward F. Upton’s homily, he said, “Most of us want to know when this world will end”, but we should be more concerned about leading lives of goodness before that time. Because we have no power over the end of time, but we can make decisions over the time we have for now.

It was a old message proclaimed in a new Church that teaches who has the power of all times, God alone.
