Saint Mary of the Annunciation

(121) July 7, 2019. It was a beautiful day for a Sunday drive out to the country for Mass. Today, my friend Fr. Don Cambe was celebrating his 1st weekend Mass as associate pastor at “St. Mary of the Annunciation” in Mundelein, IL.

Fr. Don reflected on his personal experiences relating to the Gospel. The message was good and clear. We should always be prepared to move on to new experiences. Being comfortable can make us complacent. Dust off the dirt from our shoes and make new tracks. It’s not always easy to say yes to moving on and being lead to new calls from God. But by doing so, we are spiritual ready for what’s next that will leads us closer to The Kingdom of God.
