(53) March 18, 2018. Dutifully not to disturb the congregation at St. Celestine sat in the crying room with my weeping grandson. Ironically part of Deacon Miguel Negron’s homily was about how we weep in times of sorrow and look for Jesus to help us through it. We want no part of death and yet death is all around us. Our only beacon of hope and happiness is that Jesus isn’t just here for us in our sorrowful times. Jesus is with us in all times of our lives. Believing in the resurrection gives me assurance that death has no power over life eternal with The One whose love conquers all.
