June 20, 2021. Alleluia, today began no requirements to reserve a pew or wear a mask for Mass here at St. Colette and all other Catholic Churches.
It was good to hold a hymnal to sing and breathe in the Spirit of this Holy Place without fearing to exhale and proclaim an unrestricted “Amen” to receive The Body of Christ.

Today’s Gospel was about Jesus calming the storm that His disciples were fearing. It’s no different today as we face fears that storms our lives.
In Fr. Brian Simpson’s tribute to fathers, quoting a line, “Disposing of judgement gives room for love to lead us”, and through love, Our Father leads us out of storms that terrifies our hearts.
