(98) January 27, 2019. Without any doubt my Best Friend always meets me at Mass every week. And today, we met at “Queen of All Saints Basilica”, in Chicago.
In today’s readings and Gospel, Fr. Michael’s homily, lovingly tied them together on how all parts of The Body of Christ are equally important. And as we allow Christ to live in us, we are given the gift to receive His love. This gift is unique to each of us.
We, the faith community are the Body of Christ.
And as part of this Body, my desire is to learn, serve and be a Christlike beacon for my Best Friend.
He gives me advice, sincere to forgive my mistakes. Teaches me how to be a better person. And gives me, His Body and Blood to prove just how much He really does love me. Jesus, thank you for meeting me here.
